For trips that have an emphasis on Walking or Cycling, you need to remember that even the easiest walking or cycling involves some exertion, so you should be reasonably fit and sure that you will enjoy the activity, please see our walk grading or our cycling profile section. There will also be times when you will have to put up with temporary lack of civilised comforts, such as a hot shower, or ice in your drinks. If you simply cannot cope with anything unexpected or unusual, or if you have to be waited on hand and foot wherever you are, then we'd rather you looked elsewhere for your holiday.

Inevitably this means that in many places such accommodation does not match up to 'international' standards. Plumbing and hot water can be erratic, facilities are not generally of resort standard, and service, although friendly, may not be polished and professional. If you choose to travel on this type of holiday you must accept that this is all part of the experience.
Our Group Sizes - All our groups are small, with stated minimum and maximum group sizes. The maximum size varies from 1 to 1000, We feel that small groups provide a better social experience for you, and in many cases are essential to preserve the integrity of the more remote places that we visit.

Where this is the case we attempt to ensure that all our transport complies with local regulations and standards, but we cannot guarantee the same standard as in the EU. If you choose to travel to these destinations, you must be prepared to accept the standard of transport that is available in the area.
How To Book Online - Once you have decided which holiday is for you, You will need to specify the number of adults and children (if requesting a family holiday) you want to book for so that we can check availability on your chosen trip and also let you know whether the trip is Available or Guaranteed.

Help with the online booking process
Step 1 - About You and Your Travellers
Enter the details for the lead traveller and then details for all the other travellers ensuring that all names are spelt exactly as they appear on the passports. Any airline tickets issued with incorrect spelling cannot always be reissued without penalty, so please check this carefully. Do not use abbreviations e.g. Liz for Elizabeth, unless this is what appears in your passport.

offers a very comprehensive insurance policy specifically tailored for our style of holiday, either for a single trip or for a whole year.
Passport Details.
On some of our trips your passport details are required to confirm the booking. We will let you know if these are required during the online booking process. Please fill in your passport details and check that your passport is valid for at least 6 months beyond your period of stay. If not, you may need to obtain a new passport.
Special Equipment.
On specific trips you may also be asked to specify details relating to the hire of special equipment.
Bike Hire - if your require bike hire you will be asked to specify height of rider

Are you interested in extending your holiday? We are able to alter your flight details; subject to availability, at a minimum cost. Please indicate the number of nights pre or post tour accommodation that you require.

Please check you have included everything you require with your original booking. Any changes that you subsequently make will be subject to an amendment fee
Step 4 - Payment Options Deposit.
You will need to pay a non-refundable deposit of 10% of your selected travel arrangements (minimum 100 USD$ or equivalent).
Payment in full? You also have the option to pay the full amount if you so wish.

Final Payments.
If you’ve only paid a deposit, the balance of your payment will be due 4 weeks before departure. The exact date will be shown on your invoice in your confirmation paperwork. Final payments , we will tell you ways in private message how will you pay for us .
Step 5 - Booking Confirmation and what happens next?Confirmation Paperwork.
We will also send you a confirmation pack within a week of booking, although in busy periods it may take a little longer. Your confirmation will include tour details and additional information about what to take.
